Sweta Gorthi

Sweta Gorthi is a Food Safety Professional with extensive experience in conducting audits, training, and compliance within the food and beverage industry. Currently employed at AIB International, Inc. since February 2022, Sweta delivers technical training and conducts food safety GMP audits across the APAC region. Prior to this role, Sweta worked at QIMA as a Food Safety and GMP Auditor from August 2018 to June 2024, focusing on HACCP compliance and coordinating client remediation efforts. Sweta has also served as Assistant Manager Quality Health Safety & Environment at Sodexo Onsite Solutions India Ltd. from October 2011 to April 2016, where responsibilities included implementing QHSE practices and training site personnel. Sweta's educational background includes an M.Sc. in Biotechnology and a Postgraduate Diploma in Food Safety and Quality Management.
