Borys Ulanenko

Borys Ulanenko has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2010 as a Housekeeper/Inspector/Facilities Support at Brett/Robinson Vacation Rentals. In 2013, they became a Senior Consultant at KPMG Ukraine. In 2015, they were a Transfer Pricing Senior Analyst at Metinvest Holding. From 2016 to 2020, they worked at Shell in various roles, including Global Transfer Pricing Senior Advisor, Transfer Pricing Senior Manager, and Senior Transfer Pricing Specialist. Finally, in 2020, they founded StarTax Education, an innovative education startup in the field of taxation. In 2022, they became the Digital Transfer Pricing Category Lead at Aibidia.

Borys Ulanenko has an extensive education history. Borys completed a Bachelor's degree (diploma with honours) in Enterprise Economics, HR Management from Donetsk National University between 2008 and 2012. Borys then went on to pursue two Master's degrees in Financial Economics, one from Kyiv School of Economics between 2012 and 2013, and another from University of Houston in the same time period. Borys then completed a Master's degree in Applied Economics from Donetsk National University in 2013-2015. In addition, Ulanenko has several certifications, including an Advanced Diploma in International Taxation (Transfer Pricing, International Tax and Upstream Oil & Gas modules) from Chartered Institute of Taxation (CIOT) obtained in December 2020, Rethinking International Tax Law from Coursera obtained in January 2016, R Programming from Coursera obtained in December 2014, Global Transfer Pricing Services Fundamentals course (Warsaw, 2014) from KPMG Tax Business School obtained in April 2014, ADIT Transfer Pricing Certificate from Chartered Institute of Taxation (CIOT), and Shell Leaders Academy from Shell.
