Paul Clarke has an extensive work experience spanning over several decades. Paul'smost recent position is with AICPA, where they serve as the Executive Vice President of Marketing and Experience. In this role, they are responsible for reviewing the Marketing organization and leading the development of the Future State Marketing & Experience team. Prior to this, Paul worked as a Business Growth & Transformation leader, Consultant, and Chief Marketing Officer for various companies, helping them drive growth through customer-led transformations. Paul has held leadership positions at Pearson, International Airlines Group (IAG), Oxfam GB, Skype (Consultancy), The Walt Disney Company, Universal Studios, BBC Worldwide, and United Biscuits. Throughout their career, Paul has demonstrated expertise in marketing strategy, brand development, customer journey, and digital transformation.

Paul Clarke attended Aylesbury Grammar School from 1982 to 1989. Paul then went on to study at Sheffield Business School from 1989 to 1993, where they graduated with a 2.1 Hons degree in Business Studies, with a focus on International Marketing and Small Business Management. Prior to their time at Aylesbury Grammar School, Paul spent a year at the British International School in Jakarta, Indonesia, from 1978 to 1979.
