Lluís Fiore is the Founder and CEO of NexttiC, a company focused on streamlining talent acquisition processes through specialization and an extensive network. With experience spanning over 18 years, Lluís has held various significant roles, including Talent Lead at Business Insights Spain and Partner Advisor at Aictina Consulting. Previously, Lluís served as Head Hunting Director and Senior Consultant at Eurofirms Group, where the focus was on headhunting and talent acquisition across multiple sectors. Additional experience includes positions as Business Unit Manager at Q-tech and IT Recruiter at Alba Technology. Lluís began a career in human resources at Tea Cegos and Psicólogos Empresariales, focusing on recruitment and candidate evaluation. Lluís holds a degree in Psychology from Universitat Ramon Llull and a degree in Industrial Engineering from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya.
