Katharina Waeschenbach has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Katharina is currently the Founder Couples Coach at "How to be with people," where they provide guidance to couples, particularly those in which one or both partners are entrepreneurs. Prior to this, they co-founded "Dearest," an app designed to support individuals and couples in building healthier relationships. Katharina also served as the PGM at EYES, an international society for young individuals with an entrepreneurial mindset. Additionally, Katharina has worked as an Interim Head of People & Culture at "aidhere," an Interim People Partner at "cargo.one," and as the Head of People & Culture at "heycar." Katharina has also been involved with organizations such as "Female Founders" and "Teepee Talks," where they provided support and coaching in the areas of organizational design and people development.

Katharina Waeschenbach has a diverse education history. Katharina began their studies at Hochschule Macromedia | Macromedia University of Applied Sciences, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Media Management from 2006 to 2009. After completing their bachelor's degree, they continued their education at HSBA Hamburg School of Business Administration, earning a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from 2010 to 2011. Subsequently, they enrolled at FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management, completing a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Human Resources Management from 2011 to 2014.

Aside from their formal education, Katharina also obtained several additional certifications. In 2019, they received the Agile Expert Certificate of Proficiency from Veraenderungskraft, showcasing their expertise in agile methodologies. Katharina also completed Couples Therapy training at Institut für Integrative Paarentwicklung in 2019. More recently, in spring 2022, Katharina participated in a Growth Strategy Deep Dive program offered by Growth Academy, enhancing their skills in strategic planning and growth strategies.
