Lia Catharina Henneberger

Lia Catharina Henneberger has held various roles in the professional world since 2012. From 2012 to 2014, they were a Project Manager and Executive Assistant at NRThinking GmbH & Co. KG, and a Department Lead and Consultant at THE EUROPEAN Magazine Publishing GmbH. In 2015, they became a Co-Founder and Managing Director of SHIVT - Support People's Future. In 2016, they were appointed Head of HR & Cultural & Social Projects at Horizn Studios. From 2019 to 2021, they held various roles including Transformational Head of People/HR | Interim Manager | Consultant | Integral Business Coach at Lia Henneberger, Resident at House of Beautiful Business, Core Member & Contributor at WAA Community, and Head of People & Culture and Interim Senior People & Culture Manager at Oatly and HH2E, respectively.

Lia Catharina Henneberger completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Cultural Anthropology, Museum Management, and Business Administration from the University of Hamburg in 2010. In 2013, they obtained a Certified Project Manager & Facilitator (basic & intensive training) from Dragon Dreaming International. In 2016, they were certified as a Project Management Associate GPM/IPMA Level D from the International Project Management Association. Finally, in 2019, they obtained a Certified Integral Business Coach (ICF & DBVC accredited training) from the Coaching Center Berlin.
