About The Opportunity

Aidin is looking for an innovative self-starter with outstanding relationship management talent to join our team as Client Success Executive – a team  member who is passionate about delivering value and providing solutions that improves the lives of case managers, and in turn, the patients they serve.  

The Client Success Executive utilizes influence to improve client use and adoption of Aidin solutions, and advisory skills to ensure clients realize quantifiable impact and return on investment. In this role, you are responsible for establishing and growing long-term relationships with Aidin clients. 

What you will do… 

  • Own value creation for an assigned book of hospitals and health systems;  measured through (1) Client Retention, (2) Revenue Growth, & (3) Client Success KPIs.

  • Understand clients’ strategic priorities and business needs in order to proactively identify opportunities to support clients’ needs through Aidin  solutions. This includes advising clients on industry leading practices.

  • Serve as a customer partner and advisor, helping our clients achieve their goals through insight generation, advising, and continuous improvement.

  • Create scalable deliverables, artifacts, methodologies, and playbooks to support ongoing value generation for our most strategic partners.

  • Conduct meaningful quarterly business reviews with clients focused on increasing customer value, measurable outcomes, increasing contract value and building clients for life.

  • Work collaboratively with Support, Product, Sales, Implementation and Operations team members to create a unified and optimal client experience.

  • Analyze internal and external market data to deliver strategic and focused results to clients.

  • Proactively address client risk based on product usage trends, KPIs and NPS to prevent churn and ensure every customer is champion of Aidin.

  • Manage escalations, raising to leadership when appropriate.

  • Build deep and wide client relationships and regularly engage with client  senior leaders, employing a professional, consultative, and data-driven  approach.

  • Operate creatively with a high degree of autonomy, reporting regularly to  internal and external stakeholders on progress against value-focused initiatives.

  • Willing to travel up to 40% as needed.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of proven experience in a similar customer success, consulting, relationship sales, or account management role; care transitions experience strongly preferred.

  • Working knowledge of case management and utilization review workflows

  • Demonstrated success providing client consultation to senior-level executives

  • Successfully achieved revenue retention and growth targets in healthcare technology market place

  • Experience delivering in fast paced, high-growth working environments

  • Love building relationships with clients, with demonstrated success in building and maintaining strategic client relationships as well as conflict management

  • Work easily within environments of high ambiguity and rapid change with a passion for problem solving

  • Highly proactive and self-motivated – able to manage multiple priorities

  • Curious & analytical by nature, with comfort converting data into insights for clients

  • Exceptional communicator both in written and verbal contexts, demonstrating poise and executive presence

  • Passion for improving healthcare and post-acute transition processes and enhancing the performance of our clients
