Jennifer Igo, MHA, CPHQ

Jennifer Igo, MHA, CPHQ has over 20 years of experience in healthcare, business development, and operations. Jennifer began their career in 1999 as a Senior Medical Center Sales Associate and Primary Care Sales Professional at sanofi-aventis. In 2007, they were appointed Chair of the Virginia Diabetes Council, where they successfully raised an additional $40,000 to fund a paid Director. From 2011 to 2012, they served as a Sales Consultant at Medical Modalities, Territory Manager at Invacare, and Account Manager at AT&T. In 2013, they were an Account Executive for Amedisys Home Health & Hospice, and Community Relations Director at Curo Health Services, Inc. From 2017 to 2019, they were an Improvement Consultant at Health Quality Innovators. Currently, they are a Senior Director of Client Success & Operations at Aidin.

Jennifer Igo holds a Master of Health Administration (MHA) degree from Ohio University, obtained in 2019. Jennifer also holds a BBA in Marketing from Radford University, obtained between 1991 and 1995. Additionally, they hold four certifications, including Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ), obtained in July 2019, and three certifications obtained from LinkedIn in September and November 2019, covering topics such as Project Management: Healthcare Projects, Technical Writing: Reports, and Writing in Plain English.
