Heta Pärssinen

Heta Pärssinen has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering. Their most recent position is as a Senior Frontend Engineer at Aidn since April 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Oda as a Software Engineer from February 2022 to April 2023. In this role, they were part of the Recipes team, focusing on Oda recipes frontend for the new market in Finland, primarily using React, Python, and Django. They also contributed to SEO efforts. Later, they joined the Growth Marketing Pages team, where they focused on SEO and creating content management possibilities using Sanity and React.

Before Oda, Heta worked at Duunitori – työpaikat ja työelämäuutiset as a Senior Software Developer from January 2018 to February 2022. They were involved in various projects related to SEO, new front development using Vue, and expanding into new markets such as Sweden.

Heta's career started at Helsinki Metropolia University of Applied Sciences, where they worked as a Helpdesk employee for a brief period in May 2014.

Heta Pärssinen obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from Metropolia University of Applied Sciences, which they attended from 2013 to 2016. In 2016, they participated in an Erasmus exchange program at Hanzehogeschool Groningen / Hanze University of Applied Sciences Groningen, where they studied Communication, Media & IT for a brief period of time.
