Imelia Mukti

Imelia Mukti has a diverse work experience. Imelia started their career in 2019 as a Research and Development Staff at the University of Gunadarma. Imelia then took on various roles within the university, including Vice Coordinator of the Center of Depok Information and Communication and Head of Open Recruitment in 2021. In 2022, Imelia worked as an Administrative and Crew member at My Wedding Butler and as a Payment and Recon Officer at Oto.com. Imelia then joined Aido Health Indonesia as a Customer Service Representative and later transitioned to the role of Customer Representative. Currently, they are working as a Client Acquisition Specialist at Aido Health Indonesia.

Imelia Mukti began their education in 2014 at SMA PLUS PGRI CIBINONG, where they pursued studies in the field of IPS. Imelia completed their secondary education in 2017. Following that, from 2017 to 2021, Imelia attended the University of Gunadarma, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Manajemen Marketing. During their time at Gunadarma University, they also obtained additional certifications, including Brevet Integrated Tax in December 2020, Penulisan Ilmiah (PI) / Scientific Writing in March 2020, and Service Excellence in October 2018. Moreover, they earned the certifications of Marketing Service Manager in the area of consultation on the marketing area management from Badan Nasional Sertifikasi Profesi (BNSP) in March 2022 and Marketer of Operational Service in the area of Consultation on the Marketing Area Management from BNSP Republik Indonesia in August 2020.
