Neer Saad

Vice President Operations at Aidoc

Neer Saad has a diverse and impressive work experience. Neer is currently serving as the Vice President of Operations at Aidoc, where they handle various cross-company challenges during the hypergrowth phase. Prior to this, Neer held the position of Head of the Technological Arena and Colonel at the Israel Defense Forces, leading a department of 200 analysts and engineers and playing a crucial role in the IDF force build-up. Neer also founded and served as the CEO of The Israeli Covid-19 Information Center, where they led a national center conducting numerous studies and influencing national decision-making during the pandemic. Neer's work in the Israeli Military Intelligence spans several roles, including Senior Analyst and Founder and Commander of the prestigious "Havatsalot" Program, responsible for training elite high school graduates. Additionally, they served as the Class Commander at Talpiot, where they had overall leadership and responsibility for 48 cadets in training and delivered various R&D projects and courses. Neer's expertise lies in handling interdisciplinary challenges, translating technical insights, and designing and leading training programs.

Neer Saad completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem from 1996 to 1999. Subsequently, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Mathematics and Computer Science at the Weizmann Institute of Science from 2002 to 2005.
