Aidon
Aila Kotilainen has extensive work experience in marketing and communications. Aila has worked at Aidon Oy as the Head of Communications since April 2014, and previously served as the Marketing Manager from July 2012 to April 2014. Aila also worked at Cassidian Finland Oy as a Senior Marketing Manager from 2005 to July 2012. Prior to that, they held various sales and marketing positions at Nokia from 1988 to 2002, including the role of Marketing Services Manager from 2002 to September 2005.
Aila Kotilainen holds a Master of Science in Marketing from the University of Jyväskylä. In 2019-2020, they pursued the Communication Management programme COMMA at HY+ Ltd (University of Helsinki Centre for continuing education).
