Ayesh R.

Ayesh R. has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. They started their career as a Web Content Developer at Insfra Technologies, where they gained experience in web content development and SEO. They then interned at Fonterra Brands Sri Lanka as a Digitizing Manufacturing Intern, where they worked on problem-solving and analysis projects.

Ayesh also had internships at Unilever, first as a Student Ambassador and later as an Electrical Engineering Intern. In these roles, they acted as a liaison between Unilever and their university and gained hands-on experience in electrical engineering.

In AIESEC, Ayesh held multiple roles, including Chief Operations Officer for AIESEC in India, where they were responsible for managing operations and digital experience. They also served as the Global Digital Marketing Strategist, Marketing Responsible for H4TF, and Filmmaker for various international AIESEC events.

Additionally, Ayesh held positions at AIESEC Sri Lanka, including Vice President of Digital Experience and Local Committee Vice President for Outgoing Global Volunteer. They were responsible for sending undergraduates to foreign volunteer internships and leading a team for relative growth in the organization.

Ayesh also worked as the National Head of Marketing for AIESEC in Norway, where they developed marketing strategies and managed a virtual content creation team. They also served as an Education Manager for the Entity Control Board at AIESEC Denmark.

Lastly, Ayesh worked as a Trainee Electrical Engineer at Ceylon Electricity Board, gaining practical experience in electrical engineering.

Ayesh R. started their education in 2018 at the University of Moratuwa, where they pursued a BSc in Engineering (Hons) with a field of study in Electrical Engineering. Ayesh completed this degree in 2023. In 2019, Ayesh also attended Wisdom Business Academy for two years, focusing on CIMA studies.
