Ramez Wasily

Ramez Wasily has diverse leadership and medical internship experience, notably serving as Team Leader of Operations and Country Director for Organizational Development at AIESEC in Italy from July 2022 to June 2023, where Ramez designed and implemented organizational growth strategies. Prior to this, Ramez was a Medical Intern at Menofia University Faculty of Medicine & Hospitals, responsible for recording patient histories and performing medical procedures under supervision. Ramez also held various roles at AIESEC in Egypt, including Country Chief Financial Officer and Customer Experience Manager, overseeing significant budgets and managing departments to enhance customer experiences for international exchange participants. Ramez's early experiences include projects in Georgia and Egypt focused on environmental awareness and supporting vulnerable groups, alongside educational achievements including a Bachelor of Medicine from Minufiya University and studies in Entrepreneurship at Babson College.
