Maria Magdalena Szczerbowska is an emerging leader in various sectors, currently serving as Curator at Global Shapers Krakow Hub and Director of Communications at the Human Development Research Initiative. With a diverse background that includes roles such as Ethics Chair at AIESEC in Poland and Operations Manager at TEDxKazimierz, Szczerbowska has demonstrated expertise in team management, ethical decision-making, and strategic development. Additionally, Szczerbowska co-founded BeLocal, engaged in the Energeia Project as a Female Leader participant, and actively participates in sustainability initiatives with AEGEE. Szczerbowska's academic pursuits include dual Bachelor's degrees from the University of Warsaw and Kozminski University, along with numerous specialized courses in business, marketing, and computer programming.
