Jamille Dantas

Jamille Dantas currently serves as the CEO of AIESEC, beginning in February 2024. Previously, Jamille held the position of financial analyst at AIESEC no Brasil and was a member of the B2C Outbound team from February 2021 to July 2021. In that role, Jamille was responsible for attracting participants to the Social Exchange and Volunteer Project as well as global talent for young people in Sergipe, focusing on lead generation for opportunities across over 120 countries and territories. Achievements include exceeding targets with a 5/6 success rate for the semester, increasing leads by more than 200% compared to the previous semester, and being recognized as the best attraction member in Aracaju. Jamille is an alumnus of Estácio.
