Elisa Draia has a diverse work experience spanning over many years. Elisa is currently working at AiFi Inc. as a Quality Analyst Data Operations. Prior to that, they worked at IGT Solutions as a Project Manager. Elisa also worked at IGT Solutions as a Subject Matter Expert from 2017 to 2020. Before that, Elisa was a Team Leader Operations and Senior Travel Consultant at eSky Romania. Elisa also gained experience as a Sales Consultant at Bath & Body Works. Additionally, they worked at WIPRO Technologies as a Service Contracts Administration Analyst and at WNS Global Services as a Senior Travel Agent. Elisa started their career at Marazzi Group as an Assistant Manager and began their professional journey at Global Remote Services in a customer support role.

Elisa Draia completed their Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Psychology from Universitatea "Spiru Haret" din București during the period of 2010 to 2013. Prior to that, they pursued their Bachelor's degree in the field of Foreign Languages, Literatures, and Linguistics from the University of Bucharest from 2004 to 2008.
