Sean Reardon

Sean Reardon has a diverse and extensive work experience, spanning various leadership roles in operations and logistics. Sean is currently the Head of Operations at AiFi Inc., where they focus on scaling the business and building global teams. Prior to that, Sean was the Vice President of Operations at Gideon, where they implemented business operations strategy for the US entity. Sean also held senior director and director positions at SoftBank Robotics America and Aldebaran Robotics, respectively, where they managed fleet operations, customer support, and daily logistics. Earlier in their career, Sean served as the Director of Global Logistics at Sensata Technologies and held positions at EMC and Data General as a Global Logistics Manager and Logistics Analyst, respectively.

Sean Reardon earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Rhode Island between 1987 and 1992. In 1995 to 1997, they obtained an MBA from Bryant University. Additionally, in 1998, Sean completed a certification program at Air Academy Associates, becoming a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt with a focus on Six Sigma methodologies.
