Martin Rondeau

Martin Rondeau is an accomplished professional in international benefits management with extensive experience. Currently serving as Director of International Benefits at AIG since January 2011, Martin oversees employee benefits for 35,000 employees across 80+ countries and has successfully developed a global benefits strategy and governance model. Prior to this role, Martin was a Principal in International Benefits Consulting at Mercer from February 1994 to December 2010, where responsibilities included advising on retirement plan design, managing global benefit audits, and coordinating M&A projects. Martin's expertise spans regions including Latin America and the Caribbean, with notable achievements in designing multi-country pension plans and leading national recruiting initiatives. Martin holds a Bachelor of Science in Actuarial Mathematics from Concordia University.
