Rosemary Foster

Rosemary Foster is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in paralegal and administrative roles. Currently serving as a Senior Paralegal at AIG since July 2014, Rosemary performs the duties of Assistant Secretary for over 20 entities and manages the logistics of more than 23 board and committee meetings annually. Prior to AIG, Rosemary worked as a Corporate Paralegal for Pinnacle Family of Companies, where a process was developed that significantly reduced delinquent subsidiary qualifications. At Novation, Rosemary provided support to the Executive Vice President in legal and compliance matters and played a key role in enhancing records management policies. Previous positions include Executive Assistant at the American Red Cross, where operational support was provided for a multi-state region, and Records Management Administrator at Baker Botts LLP, specializing in legal document processing. Rosemary holds a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Roosevelt University and an Associate in Applied Science degree in Paralegal from Houston Community College.
