Anchal Dhingra

Anchal Dhingra is a Senior Learning Consultant at AIHR. Previously, they served as a Learning Program Manager at Miro and a Global Learning Specialist at Booking.com. Anchal has also worked as a Learning and Development Consultant at Infinity Unconventional Education.

Anchal has been passionate about learning and development since they were first hired into Miro. Anchal was responsible for building out the leadership development offering and running end-to-end program management on company-wide people processes such as engagement surveys. Despite the incredible growth in employees, Anchal managed to achieve the highest participation rate in both the engagement surveys they led.

Anchal was able to set up an entire learning program for first-time managers at Miro including virtual trainings, peer learning group activities and adoption of a new platform with resounding success. This was the first and only leadership development solution at Miro. Anchal also mapped out the learning journeys per persona and conducted a deep discovery on middle manager learning needs. As a result of the work they did at Miro, there is now a foundation for learning and leadership development.

Anchal Dhingra holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with CO-OP from Wilfrid Laurier University and Université catholique de Louvain. Anchal also has certification from LinkedIn in Learning Articulate 360: Rise and Become an Instructional Designer, as well as from NLP Canada Training Inc. in Neurolinguistic Programming Practitioner.
