Ilja Stolzenbach, Customer Success Manager at AIHR, has over five years of experience in customer success, user experience design, and training users. Most recently, Ilja worked as a Business Transformation Consultant - HR Reinvention at IBM from September 2019 to September 2021. In their current role at AIHR, they are responsible for customer success and user experience design.

Ilja Stolzenbach has a certificate from Københavns Universitet - University of Copenhagen, a Bachelor of Science in Public Administration from Erasmus University Rotterdam, and an accountancy degree from Haagse Hogeschool Den Haag. Ilja also has a Master's in Business Administration International Management from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam) and a Master in public policy from KU Leuven.
