Ilja Stolzenbach, Customer Success Manager at AIHR, has over five years of experience in customer success, user experience design, and training users. Ilja has a passion for helping others and making a difference in their community. Ilja started their career as a trainee press and information officer for the European Union Delegation to the United Nations. After spending a year as a trainee macroeconomic themes for the Permanent Mission of the Kingdom of the Netherlands to the United Nations, they became a Youth Advocate for CHOICE for Youth and Sexuality. Ilja then interned for the Governance Department at Provincie Zuid-Holland before landing their first professional role as a Commercieel medewerker at BinckBank N.V. In 2018, they joined 24sessions as a Customer Success Manager where they drove adoption of their SaaS solution. Most recently, Ilja worked as a Business Transformation Consultant - HR Reinvention at IBM from September 2019 to September 2021. In their current role at AIHR, they are responsible for customer success and user experience design.
Ilja Stolzenbach has a certificate from Københavns Universitet - University of Copenhagen, a Bachelor of Science in Public Administration from Erasmus University Rotterdam, and an accountancy degree from Haagse Hogeschool Den Haag. Ilja also has a Master's in Business Administration International Management from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam) and a Master in public policy from KU Leuven.
