Allie Wilkinson's work experience begins in 1997 when they worked at the Advisory Board Company as a Manager and Associate Director, providing best practice analysis to the hospital and health system industry. During their time there, they achieved four promotions and held positions in research, management, product development, and new business development.

In 2001, Allie joined Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, where they held various positions. As Director of Health Informatics, they led the launch of a new business intelligence solution for high-profile national accounts. Allie also served as a Senior Director in different departments, overseeing strategy integration, sales, marketing, service, and IT. Additionally, they led change management and communication activities for a strategic vendor relationship transition. As a Director, they managed a major financial turnaround of the small business and individual market segment, identifying organizational barriers and implementing improvements.

Starting in 2016, Allie worked as the Principal of MetaView Consulting and Coaching until 2018, focusing on providing strategic consulting and coaching services.

In 2017, they joined Linkage, Inc. as a Women in Leadership (WIL) Faculty and Advancing Women Leaders Facilitator, where they facilitated sessions for Fortune 1000 women leaders and their teams. Allie was also a certified facilitator for Linkage's Advancing Women Leaders Academy.

From 2018 to present, Allie has worked as an Affiliate Executive Coach at AIIR Consulting, providing coaching services to clients.

In 2019, Allie founded Walden Leadership Group, serving as the Principal and Founder. The company focuses on leadership development and integrating human capital science with grounded application to support clients in finding new possibilities for growth.

Lastly, in 2022, Allie became an Executive Coach at The Leadership Consortium (TLC), a company that partners with forward-thinking companies to accelerate top and diverse talent through virtual programming.

Overall, Allie has extensive experience in leadership development, coaching, change management, strategic planning, and business consulting across various industries.

Allie Wilkinson pursued their undergraduate education at Cornell University from 1993 to 1997. Allie obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development with High Honors during this time. In 2006, Allie attended the D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University, where they enrolled in the MBA program. Allie completed the Executive Program, which was sponsored by their company, in 2007.

In terms of additional certifications, Allie received a Professional Certified Coach designation from the International Coach Federation in October 2019. Allie also became a Predictive Index Certified Partner in the same month and year. In September 2019, Allie obtained certification in the Team Management Profile from Team Management Services. In April 2017, they became a certified practitioner of The Leadership Circle. Lastly, in May 2021, Allie acquired a Team Coaching Certification from Corentus, Inc.

Recently, Allie completed an Executive Coaching Program at Georgetown University, although the exact start year is not provided.
