Dana M. Smith, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has a diverse and extensive work experience in various leadership and human resources roles. Dana M. is the Principal/Founder of Dana M. Smith Consulting, LLC since 2020. Dana M. also works as an Executive Coach for AIIR Consulting since 2020 and Executive Coaching Connections, LLC since 2020.
