David Andrews, CPCC, PCC has extensive work experience in coaching and consulting roles. David founded their own company, David Andrews Coaching & Consulting, in 2014. Since then, they have been working as a Coach & Consultant, providing guidance and support to individuals and organizations.

In 2017, David joined BetterUp as a Coach, where they worked one-on-one with clients to improve their leadership skills and find fulfillment in their careers. David also worked as a Consultant / Executive Coach at AIIR Consulting, helping organizations with leadership development.

In 2018, David took on the role of Executive Coach at BetterManager and the Key Executive Leadership Program at American University. In these positions, they provided executive coaching services to high-level professionals and helped them achieve their career goals.

Earlier in their career, David worked as a Business Process Officer at The World Bank from 2012 to 2015. Prior to that, they held the position of Business Development Analyst at the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development. David also gained experience in the field of technical communication, working at WebMD and THINQ Learning Solutions.

David Andrews, CPCC, PCC has an extensive education history in personal growth, coaching, leadership development, and various assessments. David obtained a Great Story / Mastery / Destiny degree in personal growth and leadership development from Coaching for Transformation / Lucid Living between 2017 and 2021. Prior to that, they earned a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) degree from the Coaches Training Institute in 2015, specializing in coaching. In the same year, they also completed the MBTI Certified Practitioner program from the CAPT MBTI Certification Program, focusing on Myers-Briggs assessments.

David's educational journey started in 1992 at The Johns Hopkins University, where they earned a Master of Arts degree in Education. Before that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Political Science from the University of Maryland in 1991.

In addition to their formal education, David has received multiple certifications. David is a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation, as well as an International Coach Federation PCC Marker Assessor. David is also certified in various assessments, including BetterManager Executive Coach, AIIR Team Effectiveness, DISC and Motivators Assessment, Hogan Assessment, ESCI (Emotional and Social Competency Indicator) Assessment, InsideOut Development, Leadership Circle 360 Profile Assessment, and Organizational Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC).

Furthermore, David is a Certified Trainer of The Bigger Game and a Myers-Briggs Type Indicator Certified Trainer. These certifications were obtained from The Bigger Game Experience and the Center for Applications of Psychological Type, Inc., respectively.
