David Yudis

David Yudis has a diverse work experience in various leadership and talent development roles. David served as the President of Potential Selves and as a Senior Executive Coach and Team Effectiveness Lead at AIIR Consulting. David was a Member of the Consortium for Change (C4C - Business inSITE Group) and an Official Member of the Forbes Coaches Council. Yudis also held the position of Senior Vice President at Advantage Solutions, where they focused on people development. David was a Senior Director at Western Dental, overseeing talent management and organizational development. Yudis served as the Vice President of Talent Management, Learning, and Development at UTi Worldwide, where they implemented global talent management systems and led the PMO for people change management. David also worked at The Walt Disney Company as a Vice President, leading global learning and enterprise development efforts for Disney Consumer Products. Additionally, they held roles as a Director of Global Learning and Development, Director of Training and Development, and Director of Employee & Organization Development at various Disney subsidiaries.

David Yudis holds a Master of Science in Education degree from the University of Pennsylvania. David also obtained a Doctor of Psychology degree in Clinical Psychology, a Master of Business Administration degree, and a Master of Arts degree in Psychology, all from Widener University. Furthermore, they completed their undergraduate education at the University of Pennsylvania, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology.

In addition to their academic qualifications, David Yudis has obtained several certifications. David became certified in Hogan Assessments through Hogan Assessment Systems in December 2017. In May 2016, they obtained the Bates ExPI - Executive Presence Index certification from Bates. Moreover, they acquired Harrison Assessment certification from Harrison Assessments Int'l in March 2004.
