Deana Peng

Deana Peng has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Deana currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Splendeo Inc. since January 2023. Prior to this, they worked as an Executive Coach and Team Coach at AIIR Consulting starting from March 2022. From July 2020, Deana worked as a Diversity & Inclusion Advisor at コンピューターサイエンス株式会社 Computer Science Corporation. Deana also holds the position of a GTCI Faculty Member at the Global Team Coaching Institute (GTCI) since April 2020. Deana's previous experience includes working as an Executive Coach at Presence Japan from October 2012 to January 2023. Deana also served as an HR Program Manager at IBM from August 2006 to July 2012. Before joining IBM, Deana was a Human Resources Project Specialist at Recruit in 2006. Their earliest role in their career was as a Program Manager at IBM from April 1998 to October 2005.

Deana Peng's education history begins in 1990 when they enrolled at the National Chengchi University. Deana pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General. Deana completed their undergraduate studies in 1994.

Following their bachelor's degree, Deana Peng continued their education at Keio University from 1996 to 1998. Deana pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Organizational Leadership and Entrepreneurship.

In 2001, Deana Peng attended the Harvard Business School to participate in an Executive Education Program focused on Marketing/Marketing Management, General. This program lasted for one year.

In addition to their academic achievements, Deana Peng has obtained various certifications to enhance their professional skills. Some of these certifications include a Diploma in Coaching Supervision from the International Centre for Coaching Supervision in May 2022, the Team Effectiveness Survey Certified Practitioner certification from AIIR Consulting in January 2022, and the International Systemic Team Coaching Certificate from AoEC - The Academy of Executive Coaching in April 2019.

Other certifications obtained by Deana Peng include the Certified C-IQ Conversational Intelligence® Coach certification from the World Business & Executive Coach Summit (WBECS) in January 2017, the Certified Team Coach certification from PHP Institute, Inc. in December 2013, and the Certified Business Master Coach certification from PHP Institute, Inc. in November 2012.

Deana Peng has also obtained the Hogan Assessment certification from Hogan Assessment Systems in May 2010 and the Certified Neuro-Linguistic Programming Practitioner certification from The Society of NLP in December 2022.
