Enan Chou (she/her), PCC

Enan Chou has extensive work experience in the field of leadership development and executive coaching. Enan has worked as an Independent Consultant, specializing in leadership development and executive coaching since 2010. Enan is also the Owner of Gluon Talent since 2021.

Enan has held senior positions in renowned organizations such as Impact International, where they worked as a Senior Consultant since 2014. At Impact International, they contributed to developing leadership capacity and catalyzing change for various organizations. Enan also worked as a Certification Coach at MindGym, where they applied behavioral science principles to create behavior change programs.

Enan has also held positions at Vantage Partners, AIIR Consulting, and Mandel Communications, Inc., where they served as a Senior Consultant and Senior Executive Coach, respectively. Enan was responsible for providing leadership development services and coaching to executives and teams.

Prior to their roles as a consultant and coach, Enan gained experience in program management at JSI | John Snow, Inc., where they worked as a Program Manager from 1997 to 1999.

Enan has a long-standing commitment to non-profit work and has served as an Independent Consultant for various non-profit organizations from 1999 to 2010.

Enan Chou earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in International Relations, Latin American Studies, and Asian Studies from Boston University, completing their studies from 1992 to 1995. In addition to their bachelor's degree, they have obtained various certifications throughout their career.
