Franky Johnson

Franky Johnson has extensive work experience in executive coaching and leadership roles. Franky is currently working at AIIR Consulting as a Senior Executive Coach since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Kincentric as a Senior Executive Leadership Coach starting in 2021. Before their coaching career, Franky worked at Right Management as a Leadership Coach starting in 2009. Franky also founded their own consulting firm, Johnson & Lee Consulting, LLC, where they served as the President and Executive Coach from 2001 to 2022. In addition, Franky has experience in sales as the Director of Sales at Pro Brands in 2005. Franky began their career at Pharmacia & Upjohn, where they held the position of Global Marketing Manager for over twenty years from 1979 to 2001.

Franky Johnson obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Marketing from Lindenwood University, where they studied from 1984 to 1986. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's Degree in Agri-Business from Lincoln University (MO) from 1975 to 1979.

Franky Johnson also holds various additional certifications, including the Coaching Mindset Index (CMI) from AIIR Consulting, obtained in September 2022, and the Team Effectiveness Survey Practitioner certification from AIIR Consulting, obtained in May 2022. They also have certifications such as B-Con LIFO® Certified in High Performance Selling & Behavior-Based Team Building, Certified Diversity Trainer from the National SHRM, Certified Emotional Intelligence (EQ) Trainer from Lynn Leadership Group, Certified Executive Coach from Right Management, and Certified Target Selection Interviewer Trainer from The Upjohn Company, among others.

They also have experience with various assessment tools and methodologies such as MBTI, ADKAR, Lominger, LIFO, IDI, IEI, CDP, Hogan Series, Licensed MRG Affiliate for LEA 360 and IDI, Voices 360 & Leadership Architect 101 from Korn Ferry, and Strategic Marketing Planning from the School of Business, University of Michigan.
