Ilhiana Rojas Saldana has extensive work experience in coaching, consulting, and leadership roles. Ilhiana is the Founder & Owner of BeLIVE Coaching & Consulting, where they serve as an Executive & Leadership Coach and DEIB Consultant. In this role, they empower clients and organizations to maximize their potential through meaningful transformation, leadership development, and fostering positive workplace performance. Ilhiana is also an Amazon Bestselling Publishing Author of "Extraordinary Latinas" and "International Women of Color who BossUp", where they elevate the voices of women who have driven positive impact and inspired change.

Ilhiana is currently serving as the Co-President of United Latinas Inc, where they contribute to the organization's leadership and goals. Additionally, they have worked as a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Consultant at Promoting Good, helping leaders and organizations lead with equity and create transformational change.

Prior to their coaching and consulting roles, Ilhiana held various leadership positions at companies such as ALPFA Boston, AIIR Consulting, MCG Partners, Hult International Business School, SynFiny Advisors, Hasbro, and Hanesbrands Inc. In these roles, they have demonstrated expertise in executive coaching, leadership facilitation, brand strategy, marketing, and sales.

Throughout their career, Ilhiana has achieved notable accomplishments, including driving revenue and profit growth, leading P&L management, optimizing costs, developing successful consumer-insight driven products, and achieving recognition for marketing campaigns. Ilhiana has also received awards for their contributions, such as Walmart's "Supplier of the Year" Award.

Ilhiana Rojas Saldana, ACC, CDVC has a diverse education history. In 1991, they attended Universidad Iberoamericana in Ciudad de México and obtained a degree in Chemical Engineering, completing their studies in 1995. In 2018, Ilhiana received training in Digital Marketing and Business Strategy from Circus Street. Ilhiana further expanded their knowledge and skills in 2020 by obtaining a Certificate in Diversity and Inclusion from Cornell University. In addition to their formal education, Ilhiana has obtained various certifications, including an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) certification from the International Coach Federation, a Certified DISC+ Coach certification from the Institute Success™, and a Coaching Mindset Index (CMI) certification from AIIR Consulting. Ilhiana has also acquired certifications in Team Effectiveness Survey (TES), AD 360 Assessment, PI Talent Optimization Consultant, and Digital Marketing & Business Strategy. Ilhiana has participated in the Hasbro Global Leadership Program at Tuck Executive Education at Dartmouth and the Hasbro Management Academy at Harvard Business Publishing.
