Lesley Hoare, MSC, PCC

Lesley Hoare has over 35 years of professional experience in various leadership and coaching roles. Currently, they work as an Executive Coach at AIIR Consulting since 2019. Before that, they were a Principal and Talent Management Consultant at Talent Consulting Group since 2009. In this role, Lesley provided corporations with strategic guidance in performance management, engagement, talent supply, and leadership development, as well as career transition support and guidance.

Lesley also held the position of VP Global Talent Development at VMware from 2014 to 2017. In this role, they led the design and execution of assimilation, development, and talent advancement initiatives for the company.

Prior to their time at VMware, Lesley served as VP HCM Transformation & Thought Leadership at Oracle from 2012 to 2014. Lesley'sresponsibilities included providing strategic and tactical support to the North America sales team, empowering executive-level clients, and enabling sales teams to meet quotas and position Oracle as a thought leader.

Lesley's earlier roles include Business Transformation Practice Director at Taleo in 2011, VP Talent Management and Diversity & Inclusion at Kimberly Clark from 2005 to 2009, Senior Program Manager, Executive Management & Professional Development at Hewlett Packard Enterprise from 1995 to 2005, and Customer Education Manager at Nixdorf Computer from 1983 to 1988.

Throughout their career, Lesley has demonstrated expertise in leadership development, talent management, coaching, and HR strategy. Lesley has worked with global corporations, provided guidance to senior leaders, and successfully led various initiatives in talent acquisition, learning and development, performance management, and diversity and inclusion.

Lesley Hoare, MSC, PCC has an extensive education history. Lesley obtained a Teaching Certificate in English Literature from Nevilles Cross College Durham University between 1973 and 1976. Later, they pursued their MSc degree in Training & Development from Leicester University from 1993 to 1996.

In addition to their academic achievements, Lesley also holds multiple certifications. Lesley obtained the Foundations Certified Coach credential from the Global Team Coaching Institute (GTCI) in October 2020. Moreover, they further enhanced their coaching expertise by attaining the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) qualification from the International Coaching Federation in November 2021.
