Marie Leithauser

Marie Leithauser has extensive experience in executive coaching and leadership development. Marie is currently the Executive and Leadership Coach at Marie Leithauser Coaching, LLC, where they work with pharma and biotech clients to enhance their self-awareness and inspire genuine leadership. Prior to this, they served as a Senior Executive Coach at AIIR Consulting. Marie also has a long history with Bristol-Myers Squibb, where they held the role of Executive Director of Business Operations in Research for almost 20 years.

Marie Leithauser has a Master's degree in Oncology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Marie also obtained a Professional Coach Certification, accredited by the International Coaching Federation, from the Duquesne University Palumbo Donahue School of Business from 2017 to 2018. Additionally, Marie holds an MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a B.S. in Chemistry from Wayne State University. Marie has further certifications including Hogan Assessments Certification from Hogan Assessments in April 2023, a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential from the International Coaching Federation in April 2021, the Team Effectiveness Survey from AIIR Consulting in May 2019, Hogan Assessment Certification from Hogan Assessment Systems in January 2019, and the Coaching Mindset Index from AIIR Consulting in December 2018.
