Megan Marshall

Megan Marshall has a strong background in leadership development and coaching. Megan is currently the Chief Operating Officer at AIIR Consulting, a global leadership development firm. Prior to this, they served as Head of Executive Coaching and Vice President of Client Services at the same company. Before joining AIIR Consulting, Megan worked at Workplace Options as the Work-Life Operations Team Lead and as a Research and Referral Specialist and Trainer. Megan also has experience as a Team Leader at Shepherd's Staff, an Executive Administrator at Campus Outreach, a Travel Advisor at STA Travel, and an Account Services Intern at Rawle Murdy.

Megan Marshall earned a Bachelor's degree in Business/Corporate Communications, Hospitality and Tourism Management from the College of Charleston, which they attended from 2003 to 2007. Megan later pursued a Master's degree in Talent and Organization Development at Queens University of Charlotte, completing their studies from 2020 to 2022.
