Napoleon Petsoulis, PsyD, MBA

Napoleon Petsoulis, PsyD, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning leadership consulting, executive assessment and coaching, psychological evaluation, and research. Napoleon is currently the President of NP Leadership Consulting, where they focus on bridging the gap between business and psychology through talent assessment, executive coaching, and leadership skill building. Prior to this, they worked as an Affiliate Consultant at MDA Leadership Consulting, conducting behavioral interviews and providing assessment feedback to organizations and executive leaders. Napoleon also conducted executive level assessments and analyzed psychometric data as a Consultant and Executive Assessment Evaluator at AIIR Consulting.

Earlier in their career, Petsoulis owned and founded Lake Superior Bakehouse, displaying their entrepreneurial skills. Napoleon also worked as an Executive Coach and Consultant at Equilibria Leadership Consulting, conducting coaching sessions and providing feedback on 360 leadership assessments. Additionally, they served as a Therapist at the Center for Integrative Medicine, providing psychotherapy and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team. Napoleon worked as a Psychometric Evaluator at Dr. Harris Finkelstein, LLC, administering and interpreting psychological tests, conducting interviews and testing with children and adolescents, and writing comprehensive assessments.

Petsoulis has also gained research experience as a Research Assistant at the Minnesota Department of Veterans Affairs and the University of Minnesota's Personality and Cognitive Ability Research Lab. In these roles, they managed research data, conducted client interviews, and contributed to a meta-analysis project.

Napoleon Petsoulis, PsyD, MBA has a diverse educational background in psychology and business administration. Napoleon obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of Minnesota, where they studied from 2011 to 2014. Following their undergraduate education, Napoleon enrolled at Widener University from 2015 to 2020, pursuing a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology and a Master of Business Administration (MBA).

After completing their degrees, Napoleon acquired additional qualifications. In February 2022, they obtained a license as a Psychologist from the Minnesota Board of Psychology. These accomplishments attest to their expertise in the field of psychology and their commitment to pursuing professional development.
