Ruqaya Ibrahim, MA, ACC has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Ruqaya is currently working as a Leadership Coach and Consultant at KITE since June 2021. Prior to that, they founded their own company, Ruqaya Ibrahim LLC, in 2018 and served as a Leadership Coach, Team Coach, and Facilitator. Ruqaya also worked as an Associate Coach at BTS starting in August 2021.

In 2022, Ruqaya joined AIIR Consulting as a Senior Executive Coach. Ruqaya previously worked at Modern Health as a Leadership Coach from January 2021 to August 2022. Before entering the coaching field, they gained experience as an Organizational Development Consultant at National Realty Club for five months in 2019.

Ruqaya's earlier experience includes working as an Organizational Development Intern at Visiting Nurse Service of New York from September to December 2018. Prior to transitioning into coaching and organizational development, they worked as an Architect at Dewan Architects & Engineers from November 2013 to August 2017.

Ruqaya Ibrahim, MA, ACC has a diverse education history that spans multiple fields. Ruqaya first obtained a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from the University of Khartoum, completing their studies from 2008 to 2013. Later, they pursued a Master of Arts (MA) in Social-Organizational Psychology from Columbia University, which they completed from 2017 to 2019. In 2018 to 2020, they also engaged in education at Synergy Education.

In addition to their formal education, Ruqaya holds various certifications that complement their expertise. Ruqaya obtained the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) certification from the International Coaching Federation in December 2020. Ruqaya'scertifications also include the Coaching Mindset Index, Team Effective Survey, AIIR Dynamics 360, The Core Drivers Diagnostic, Team Diagnostic Survey Level 1 and Level 2.
