Silvia Micelli

Silvia Micelli has extensive work experience in coaching and mentoring, with a focus on leadership reinvention, career redirection, softskills development, and women in leadership. Silvia founded and served as a transformational coach and mentor at UNO Performance Integral, where they implemented an Integral Human Development approach to transform results and evolve. Silvia also worked as a coach and executive coach at AIIR Consulting.

Additionally, Silvia served as the President of Nexus Fábrica de Negócios, a business networking group, where they led and developed multiple-sector business leaders and entrepreneurs. Silvia was also a Guardian at AngelUs Network for Women, a platform that supports women in achieving their career or business goals.

Silvia has experience in coaching training, education, certification, and support at INSTIAD - Human & Business School, where they developed and delivered coaching programs in partnership with the Center for Advanced Coaching. Silvia also specialized in human and organizational development programs to ensure identity alignment, business strategy accomplishment, and business results enhancement.

Before their coaching career, Silvia held managerial positions in communication and sustainability at Duratex and Avon, where they implemented sustainability strategies, developed sustainable culture integration programs, and conducted sustainability training and leadership mindset development.

Earlier in their career, Silvia worked as a regional marketing and education manager at TRX Training and as a client advocate in marketing at Harte Hanks.

Silvia Micelli's education history begins in 1995 when they completed a Bachelor's degree in Social Communication with a focus on Advertising and Marketing at ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing. Following this, in 1999, Silvia pursued a Post Graduation degree in Business and Management at UC San Diego. Silvia then took a break from their education before resuming their studies in 2005, earning a Post Graduation degree in Sustainability Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas. In 2009, Silvia enrolled in Universidade Paulista, where they completed a Licensing and Bachelor's degree in Physical Education and Training in 2011.
