Taylor Flake CPC

Taylor Flake CPC has a diverse and extensive work experience. In 1995, they started as an HR Representative in Marathon Oil Company. From 1997 to 2010, they held several HR positions in PepsiCo, including HR Manager, Senior HR Manager, HR Group Manager, Staffing Development Director, VPHR Central Business Unit, and VPHR Canada. From 2010 to 2020, Taylor worked in various roles at PepsiCo, such as VPHR Talent Development for North America Beverages and VPHR Global Groups, where they were responsible for human capital, org design, compensation, talent acquisition, culture, and leadership alignment strategies. In 2018, they became the President of Sage Executive Coaches, a role they currently hold. Also in 2018, Taylor started working as a Senior Executive Coach - Adjunct at AIIR Consulting. In May 2019, they became a Vistage Chair at Vistage Worldwide, Inc., a position they held until June 2020.

Taylor Flake CPC has a diverse education history. From 2018 to 2020, they attended the College of Executive Coaching and earned a Certified Executive Coach degree. In 1994, Taylor obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from West Virginia University. Prior to that, from 1990 to 1993, they attended Brigham Young University and received a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Organizational Communications. Alongside their formal education, Taylor also holds additional certifications such as being a Certified Practitioner from Hogan Assessment Systems, and certifications in the Coaching Mindset Index (CMI) and the Team Effectiveness Survey (TES) from AIIR Consulting.
