Alessandro Foti

Alessandro Foti has a strong background in international tax law, particularly in advising corporate clients on cross-border transactions and M&A deals. Alessandro has extensive experience in areas such as transfer pricing, double tax treaties, and EU directives. Alessandro has also worked on tax matters for high-net-worth individuals and has expertise in succession and inheritance taxes. Additionally, Alessandro has been involved in various speaking engagements and has participated in organizations related to tax law, such as AIJA and ANTI-Lombardia. Alessandro is currently serving as the Vice President of the Tax Law Commission at AIJA.

Alessandro Foti holds a Master of Laws - LLM degree in Taxation and International Taxation from IPSOA, Milan, which they completed in 2008. Alessandro also has a degree in Law from the University of Messina and completed their high school education at the Salesian Institute San Luigi, specializing in Business and Accountancy.
