Hanna Stark

Hanna Stark is an experienced Talent Managerin at AIM – Agile IT Management GmbH since June 2022, with a strong background in career development and e-learning. Prior work includes serving as a Master Thesis Student at slashwhy, where a thesis on needs-oriented career development models in agile organizations was developed, along with a comprehensive employee needs assessment. Earlier experiences include roles in customer service and administration at various hotels and educational institutions, such as creating E-learning content at HSB Hochschule Bremen. Hanna holds a Master of Arts in Business Management from HSB Hochschule Bremen and a Bachelor of Arts in Cruise Tourism Management from Bremerhaven University of Applied Sciences, with additional international education from Solent University and academic background at the University of Hamburg.
