Jack Walser

Jack Walser is the Managing Director of AIM’s Central Region, which includes AIM’s offices in Minneapolis and Chicago. Jack has over 25 years of experience leading complex and strategically significant technology initiatives in large organizations, specifically within the healthcare, insurance, and telecommunications verticals.

Jack believes in building organizations that embrace agility and are customer-focused and employee-driven. He is a recognized expert in leading large organizational transformations, especially those that involve adopting the Agile framework, and often uses Lean-Agile principles to foster and maintain organizational excellence by empowering individuals and teams to achieve optimal outcomes.

He holds certifications in Scrum and the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), and is the author of The Agile Thinker: Better Ways of Living, Working, and Making Sense of Life’s Chaos, a book that brings decades of lessons on efficiency and productivity learned in the software development field directly to the general public. After all, agility is for everyone.

In his spare time, he loves to swim, bike, and attend concerts throughout venues in Chicago’s vibrant live music scene. He lives in the Northwest suburbs of Chicago with his wife Heather and their four children.
