Michael Herrera

Michael Herrera has extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, specializing in asset and inventory management, logistics, and shop operations. Currently serving as Motor Shop Manager and Asset & Inventory Coordinator at Aim Directional Services LLC since January 2018, Michael previously held the position of Asset & Inventory Manager at Intrepid Directional Drilling Specialists. A former Lead Engineer Technician and Location Supervisor at Tellus Oilfield, Michael contributed to PDM design, troubleshooting, and training. Additional roles at M3P Directional Services and Black Viper Energy Services included Facilities Manager and Senior Well Planner, where responsibilities encompassed operations oversight, data entry, and employee training. Michael holds an Associate's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, obtained between 2008 and 2010.
