Swati D. has an extensive work experience spanning from 1994 to the present. Swati started their career as a Software Department Manager at CF Tulley Associates in Zimbabwe. Swati then worked as a Director of Sales and Support at Beechnut Computers and as an IT Project Manager at Medivision. Swati also gained experience as a Teacher at St Mary's School in Mumbai, India and as a Consultant/Country Manager/Change Manager at HansaWorld SAF Pty in Pretoria. Swati has a track record of successfully delivering projects using waterfall and agile technologies. In 2011, Swati became the Director of Business Development at ABS Zimbabwe, where they achieved successful entry into new markets and introduced new products. From 2014 to 2016, they worked as the General Manager at Chips Enterprise Solutions, leading the success of Sage ERP products in Zimbabwe. Swati then joined HansaWorld USA as an International Sales and Business Development Manager and later became the Country Manager for North America. During this time, they conducted market research, analyzed competitors, and managed partner relationships. Most recently, Swati worked as the Business Development Director at Cocolevio LLC.
