Han Hendriks has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. They are currently a Non Executive Board Member at Kyden, a full-service ESG service provider. Prior to this, Han co-founded Powered by Meaning, a company focused on promoting meaningful entrepreneurship. They were also a co-founder of Buildings that Matter, a company dedicated to renovating and realizing buildings in a circular manner. Han has worked as an investor at Fitexclusive, a personal training company, and as a co-founder at Make Participations, an investment firm focused on Dutch manufacturing companies. Additionally, Han co-founded Kirkman Company, a company specializing in successful organizational transformations. They were also a co-founder of Social Impact Factory Utrecht, the first physical hotspot for social entrepreneurship. Han co-founded Aimforthemoon, an organization that promotes the importance of entrepreneurship, and YSE, a traineeship program for high potentials. Han Hendriks received a PhD in Boardroom decision-making on Make, Buy or Ally within Social Enterprises from Nyenrode Business University, completing the program from 2007 to 2032. Prior to this, they earned an MSc in Organizational Sociology from Erasmus University Rotterdam, studying from 1991 to 1997. Han Hendriks completed their VWO (pre-university education) at Rijnlands Lyceum Oegstgeest from 1985 to 1991.
