Previously, Jeff held leadership positions at Zenefits from 2015 to 2019, including Director of Customer Care and Director of HR/Financial Products Client Support, where efforts focused on operational efficiency, KPI development, and team growth. Earlier roles at PayPal involved managing customer service teams and enhancing customer satisfaction metrics. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Creighton University.
