David Gibbons

David Gibbons is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries. Currently serving as Division General Counsel for US Pharmaceuticals at Nestlé Health Science since August 2021, David is the lead legal business partner for commercial brands, providing counseling across various aspects of marketing, pricing, and medical communications. Prior to this role, David worked at Viatris as Counsel, and at Hyman, Phelps & McNamara, P.C., gaining expertise in FDA regulations, clinical development, and product marketing. Earlier experience includes positions at Epstein Becker & Green, P.C., and a legal internship at the Center for Social Justice at Seton Hall Law. David holds a JD in Health Law from Seton Hall University School of Law, an MPH in Public Health from the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry, and a BA from the University of Rochester.
