Bendik Wilhelmsen

Bendik Wilhelmsen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organizational development and project management. Since January 2017, Bendik has held various roles, including Director of Global Licensing and Senior Implementation Consultant, at Great Place to Work US, focusing on enhancing workplace culture and employee engagement. Prior to this, from September 2013 to December 2016, Bendik worked as a Project Manager at Great Place to Work® Norge, where responsibilities included designing employee surveys to support long-term strategic planning. Earlier experience includes serving as Project Coordinator and Service Coordinator at Gorm Larsen Nordic, where Bendik led the development of a crowdsourcing tool to gather market insights. Bendik holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Culture and Communications from the University of Oslo, earned between 2009 and 2012.
