Josh Honken

Josh is a Principal Analytics Consultant at Aimpoint Digital with 13+ years of diverse experience. He comes from a sales and leadership background and transitioned to analytics by way of communications. He brings a passion for democratizing data to tell stories, making insights available to everyday end-users of data products, as well as executive business leaders. As a persuasive communicator and Tableau & Alteryx Certified analytics professional, he has a successful record of leading teams and making sense of big data.

Prior to joining Aimpoint, Josh worked as a Vice President of Analytics – Lead Analyst at Citigroup, building the datasets and dashboards that began tracking the progress of Citi’s work on the Federal Reserve and OCC Consent Orders. Prior to that, he worked on a contract supporting foreign military sales analytics for the Air Force Security Assistance and Cooperation Directorate, where he received honors from the general. He also previously held analytics positions in fintech, developing a customer-facing analytics product and healthcare supply chain – having worked through mergers in both. Josh earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music from Elmhurst University.
