Menachem Geva

Menachem Geva has over 20 years of experience in the data engineering field. Menachem began their career in 1992 as a Team Leader and Department Manager at Israeli Military Intelligence. In 2000, they became a R&D Team Lead and Section Manager at Comverse Technology, Inc. where they managed the development of several telecom grade products. In 2006, they were a R&D Team Lead and Projects Manager at Discount Bank where they managed the development of several software modules to support new strategic financial business. In 2007, they were a R&D Group and BU Manager at Harel Hamismar Computers where they managed R&D Group with overall execution responsibility. From 2009 to 2011, they were a R&D Project and Activity Manager at Sapiens where they led and managed the R&D project of the largest finance fund in Israel. From 2011 to 2017, they were an ALM COST Manager and R&D Team Leader for a Data Analytics Product at HP Software. Menachem then became a Data Manager at Ashford.com where they led a global team of Analytics and Data Engineers in Israel and NY. In 2019, they were a Senior Data Engineer at AllCloud where they led and developed Big Data and data engineering projects in several domains. In 2020, they were a Data Engineering Manager at Elementor where they built and led the data engineering team. Currently, they are the Head of Data Engineering at Aiola, building Data Engineering Products as part of AI-driven Data Products to the masses and managing, building, and leading by hands-on the team and the product while working with all company personnel and customers for the best product and interactions.

Menachem Geva is currently pursuing a Certified Coach degree from Bar-Ilan University, which they began in 2019. Menachem previously obtained a M.sc in Technology Management from the Holon Institute of Technology in 2009, and a B.sc + ENG in Computer Engineering from Lev Academic Center in 1999. Menachem has also obtained certifications from ilcc.org.il, dbt Labs, the Registrar of Engineers and Architects - State of Israel, the Israel National Engineering Register, Amazon Web Services, and OGC.
