Rocky Khasow has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Rocky started their career as an Engineering Assistant at IKO Roofing in 2007, followed by a role as an AutoCAD/Field Assistant at Pinchin Ltd. in 2008. Rocky then worked as a Manufacturing Engineering Co-op Student at CTS Canada and an Engineering Co-op Student at Public Works and Government Services Canada in 2009. In 2010, Rocky worked as an Engineering Co-Op Student at Magna Powertrain.

From 2011 to 2013, Rocky served as a Process Engineer at Aisin Canada. In 2014, they worked as a Summer Camp Instructor at EcoWatch Canada. Rocky then joined the University of Ontario Institute of Technology (UOIT), where they worked as a Teaching Assistant from September 2013 to December 2014 and as a Research Assistant from January 2015 to August 2016.

In 2015, Rocky transitioned to the industry and worked as a Junior Design Engineer at Skyjack Inc. until 2017. Since 2017, they have been with Aiolos Engineering Corporation, where they started as a Junior Mechanical Engineer and progressed to the role of Intermediate Mechanical Engineer. Currently, Rocky holds the position of Mechanical Engineering Group Lead at Aiolos Engineering Corporation since May 2022. Rocky has been responsible for tasks such as structural analysis, equipment selection, design concept preparation, and report writing.

Rocky Khasow has a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Waterloo, which was obtained between 2006 and 2011. They then pursued a Master of Applied Science degree in Automotive Aerodynamics from Ontario Tech University, which was completed from 2013 to 2014. Rocky is currently pursuing a Master of Engineering Management degree at the University of Windsor, starting in 2021 and expected to be completed in 2023. In 2018, they obtained a certification as a Professional Engineer from the Professional Engineers Ontario institution.
