What Are You Going To Do?

As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Salesforce solutions to meet our business needs.

Main Responsibilities:

• Create integrations between Salesforce and internal or third-party APIs and Data Sources through design and development.

• Build workflows, logic, and data architecture within Salesforce to facilitate and enhance business processes.

• Identify opportunities to streamline processes, simplify operations, and optimize application performance.

• Assess the impact of changes on downstream processes and client operations, and offer recommendations.

• Collect business, functional, and high-level technical requirements from various stakeholders.

• Contribute to selecting the appropriate programming approach, tools, and techniques that align with business needs, and oversee adherence to development standards.

• Develop comprehensive and accurate test plans and conditions, and execute them.

• Provide third-level support for resolving incidents and defects related to Salesforce.

• Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) and perform advanced coding tasks.

What Do We Expect?

• Minimum of 5 years or more of Salesforce development experience.

• Proficient in working with Salesforce APIs and familiarity with best practices for connectivity and integration.

• Experience in developing Lightning components as well as utilizing out-of-the-box components.

• Demonstrated expertise and practical application of Visualforce, APEX programming, and Web Services.

• Skilled in integrating and maintaining data synchronization agents.

• Familiarity with general concepts, including SOAP, REST, HTTP, and related technologies.

• Strong command over data types, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.

• Holds Salesforce Developer Certificates (Optional but highly recommended)

• Experience working with relational databases (MSSQL, MySQL, Oracle).

• Capable of handling multiple tasks and delivering results within tight timelines in an Agile environment.
